Step 1 - Browse Properties
Search Page

Scroll through a list of all the properties that have been analyzed by  Datamoji daily. You can filter by Market, Price, Date added, Cap Rate, Rents and a multitude of other data filters.

View all the details of the property. You can also go directly to the Zillow Page and inspect photos, street view for desktop underwriting.

Step 3 - Adjust Presets and Assumptions

Update the relevant Underwriting Presets and Assumptions with items like historical renovation cost per square foot and major mechanicals such as  Roof Repair and HVAC to help improve the accuracy of the analysis.

Step 4 - Add to Interest List

Once you are happy with the results you can save the property to your interest list. You can also add Notes for your team or reject this property so that it is not looked at again.

Step 5 - Manage the remaining data

Capture data about the property over time. Complete values like Offer Date, Property Group, Attorney, Accepted Date, Accepted Price, Closing Date. Once this is done you can Mark the property for review, which will allow a manager to ensure all fields are correct. After everything is approved you can move the property into the Leads List in a fully customizable data export via excel or utilize our API to automate data into another platform.

Step 5 - Leads List

After adding to Leads List you will capture the final details about the property before exporting them. Once they are exported, you can mark them as exported to remove them from the list.

Step 6 - Export to Excel

The data can be exported to excel and imported into your other systems to manage the property futher.

How Does Datamoji Work

Daily Property Aggregation Analysis

Each morning a fresh property aggregation will run on all the markets you are interested in. Once this is done it will execute your preset tests and calculations for each property.

Browse Results

Scroll through all the results and save all the relevant ones to your interest list. You can also reject properties and add notes to keep your team in the loop

Manage and Export

Keep track of your interest list and fill in the finalized data like Closing Date and Accepted Price. Once everything is complete, you can move items to the Leads List and export to CSV

Fine-Grained Team Management

Have full control over which members can view sensitive information, review properties, access other members interest lists etc. Also control which markets each member can work on.
